Tim has almost 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management. He is a licensed mechanical engineer and became a LEED Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council in 2004. Tim is a JDB Engineering vice president and manages the greater Baltimore office in addition to serving as project manager. He was intimately involved with the design of the Green Building Institute expansion in Jessup, Maryland, a project that was designed to LEED Platinum, Architecture 2030, and Living Building Challenge sustainability criteria. He has given presentations to the Engineering Society of York, Lincoln Chapter of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers, and Leadership Montgomery County (MD).

Doug is a vice president of JDB Engineering and serves as director of electrical engineering and project manager while also overseeing the food and beverage segment. He is a licensed electrical engineer and Certified ICC electrical plans examiner and electrical inspector. Doug has played a key role with some of the company’s largest clients, including The Hershey Company, RR Donnelley & Sons, and others.

BIO
Scott is vice president of JDB Engineering and director of business development. He is a Fellow of the Society for Marketing Professional Services and a Certified Professional Services Marketer. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in professional services marketing and has given more than 100 presentations over the past five years. He has spoken at SMPS events in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Houston, Chicago, San Diego, and Cleveland, and has authored articles for the SMPS Marketer, National Electrical Contractor Association Marketing Advice and Customer Relations Report, PSMJ Best Practices, Pennsylvania Contractor, and The Military Engineer. Currently, Scott is a Trustee of the SMPS Foundation, director of the AIA Central PA, and past president of a regional architectural preservation non-profit organization. He has also authored a dozen books on topics ranging from marketing to historic architecture to local history.
